Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

String GOAT ("Service") is a mobile application and web service for managing tennis racket strings. These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the Service.

2. Terms of Use

• You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for the security of your account information.
• You may not use or share another person's account.

3. Subscription Service

3.1 Subscription Types

• Free: 1 racket, basic features, 10 AI analyses/month
• Pro: Unlimited rackets, cloud sync, 500 AI analyses/month, web dashboard, Excel export
• Premium: All Pro features + 3,000 AI analyses/month, player management

3.2 Payment and Renewal

• Mobile app subscription: Processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings.
• Web subscription: Processed through Polar. Subscription management and cancellation are available in the dashboard settings.

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds for mobile app subscriptions follow each app store's refund policy. Refunds for web subscriptions follow Polar's refund policy. For refund requests due to service defects, please contact stringgoat.dev@gmail.com.

4. User Data

• Ownership of data entered by users such as string records and feedback belongs to the user.
• The Service does not sell user data to third parties.
• Anonymized string information is used to provide the AI analysis feature. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Upon account deletion request, all data is immediately and permanently deleted. If you only cancel your subscription, your data is retained.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in service restrictions if violated:

• Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Collecting or misappropriating other users' personal information
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying the Service

6. Service Modification and Interruption

The service provider may change or discontinue all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons. Important changes will be notified in advance.

7. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose.
• AI analysis results are for reference only; the final decision is always your responsibility.
• We are not responsible for data loss occurring during use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be modified in accordance with changes in applicable laws or service policies. Changes will be communicated through in-service notices.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Korean courts.
