Account & Data Deletion

Delete in the app

Open the String GOAT app and go to Settings > Delete Account. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Request by email (no app required)

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to stringgoat.dev@gmail.com including the email address you signed up with. After verifying your identity, we will process the deletion without requiring you to reinstall the app.

What is deleted

Upon deletion, your account and all associated data — string records, racket information, feedback, workout (watch) session data, and photos — are immediately and permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

Exception: data we are legally required to retain (such as payment records) is kept only for the period required by applicable law and then deleted.
